Why We Built This Site
Public access does not mean that every Utah County record sits in one office. Utah Courts Xchange brings together public District and Justice Court case information, while clerks at the filing court control inspection, certified copies, and records that are not offered online. Juvenile, sealed, private, and protected material follows separate access rules. We built this resource to make those boundaries clear and to connect each kind of request with an official Utah court source.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Utah County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Utah court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Independent companies operate the search boxes shown on some pages. Their terms, prices, and results are outside our control. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource, but official Utah County records still come from the court or clerk.
